One of my first 10 years of employment included hours of manual data entry. I’ve worked in so many businesses it’s hard to even count them all. What I noticed was how much time gets wasted just doing things a few minutes longer than they have to be and not get very far. I set up and untangle systems so they work for the user in today’s digital friendly world. I create systems for the person who deserves a weekend off, knowing their business is ticking along in the background because everything has been set up to stay consistent.
